Tom Rogic

Founder/Managing Director 

Tom fostered his entreprenurial spirit by completing a Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelor of International Business Management. With over 20 years of experience in contract and supply management across multi-faceted industries, he now owns and manages 3 successful companies - Echo Corporate Supplies, Exhibit Flooring and GIFT'D. His innovative streak and ability to develop strong relationships with partnering companies across the globe are his best assets, along with an innate eye for quality products and understanding of how to market them effectively. Tom's favourite part of the work day starts off with a good coffee before all the fun begins, and outside of work he is a vintage car enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. 



Company Secretary/Chief Financial Officer

As the official bean counter at Gift’d, Dennis brings a wealth of financial skills in budgeting, analysis and general business acumen. With a Bachelor of Accounting/Commercial Law and Certified Practicing Accountant certification under his belt, he currently manages a Group account for a contraction and civil company with a turnover of $100 million. As a qualified external financial and internal control auditor, Dennis thrives on managing the final count and quality control of all Gift’d packs before they’re dispatched to clients. But it’s not all work and no play for Dennis – in his spare time he most enjoys spending time with his family and completing projects around the house.  



Communications/Marketing Manager 

Since graduating from university with a Bachelor of Communications, Lana has been on a never ending quest to apply her creative streak wherever possible. Upon finishing her tertiary studies she spent over a decade working in communications based roles within the aviation sector and has also supported a number of small businesses with establishing their social media presence and branding. She is forever curious and has completed short courses and diplomas relating to photography, social media marketing, and nutrition. Lana is halfway through finishing a Diploma of Interior Design and looks forward to applying her learnings at GIFT’D.    



Office Manager 

Sabrina is the glue that holds the GIFT’D team together. Her Diploma in Office Administration and Business and previous experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors for a publically listed company is what ensures that GIFT’D runs in an effective and orderly fashion. Speaking of fashion, Sabrina is an avid shopper and loves selecting and buying the products for our luxurious gift sets. She finds the biggest challenge of her job is narrowing down a collection of items to the final few that are lucky to feature in a GIFT’D box. Work aside, she most enjoys spending time with her two children and loves to relax with a cup of coffee and chocolate.



Product Development Manager 

Ermina is a qualified Naturopath with 10 years of clinical and health retail industry experience. In running a successful private practice where she specialised in herbal medicine and nutritional therapy, Ermina witnessed first hand the effects of processed foods and chemicals on the body. Now responsible for searching far and wide products that meet the GIFT'D standard, Ermina loves that her job allows her to further her passion for natural, organic, sustainable and cruelty free beauty and household products. She brings vast product knowledge, and continues to look for new innovations in the industry that echo the environmental awareness shared by the entire team at GIFT'D.
