How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard Shipping - We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events or over holiday periods. If you need to receive your order by a specific date to complete a project, you can always contact our office for help in choosing the right shipping method to make sure there are no delays.
Expedited Shipping – All order delivery times are based on stock availability and manufacturing lead times for your order.

What happens if I am not at work or home when my order is delivered?
Due to the size of the delivery we will need someone to be available to accept the delivery or a re-delivery charge might be issued depending on the location.
Do you deliver on a pallet or individual parcels?
Depending on your order, one of our friendly staff members will recommend the best option available for your needs whether your purchase be packed on a pallet or in separate boxes.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use a combination of Australia Post, TNT Express and Fastway Couriers in order to best meet your delivery needs.
