My pack has arrived damaged, what do I do?
We take great care in preparing every GIFT’D pack – including final checks before dispatch - to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, please contact us on 03 9303 9045 within 48 hours upon receipt of delivery.
Will I be refunded for a damaged or faulty package?
We will need photos to help us understand the extent of the damage or the issue with the product or package. We will happily exchange or issue a credit note or refund once we have seen images and discussed how you would like to resolve the issue.
Who pays for the return shipping?
This will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of GIFT'D.
What is the latest I can notify GIFT’D of a damaged or faulty pack or product?
Our returns policy is that we will not exchange, or issue a credit note or refund for any pack or product that has been dispatched for more than 7 days.
I have made an error or changed my mind. Can I can cancel my order?
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been paid for and are with our couriers for delivery.
I am not happy with my gift package, what now?
In the rare event that you are unhappy with your GIFT’D package or its contents, please contact us on 03 9303 9045 within 7 days of the original date of dispatch and we will discuss the best way forward.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my package?
We do not refund any opened, used, discounted, clearance or sales or final products from both our custom and pre-packaged lines.
Are there any exceptions?
GIFT'D ensures that products are reasonably fit for their usual purpose, are of acceptable quality, and match any description or sample. If we breach any of these conditions, you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the product.
Do I need to provide proof of purchase to get a refund?
Yes, an original receipt/invoice must be provided by the original purchaser - GIFT'D does not accept liability for gift packages on forwarded to third parties.
What happens if the item in question is now out of stock or discontinued?
Due to the limited amount and fast turnaround of stock in store, if this occurs GIFT'D will at its discretion select an alternate product of equal value to replace the original item.
Is there a warranty for a GIFT'D package or the items within it?
GIFT'D offers no warranty on its packages however some branded products do offer a warranty - please contact us on 03 9303 9045 to see if this applies to your items.
Other terms and conditions
GIFT'D reserves the right to refuse any order. In such cases, GIFT'D will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund to you any payment in full.
