What types of gifts does GIFT'D offer?

We specialise in bespoke corporate gifts. Our luxury brands can be combined to create settlement, housewarming and welcome gifts – as well as client gifts, referral gifts, staff reward and acknowledgement gifts, thank you and Christmas gifts, and event keepsakes.  

Can I purchase individual products instead of a gift set?

Unfortunately at this stage we are set up as a corporate supplier of gift packs and do not sell items individually. 

How much of my gift can I customise?

The GIFT’D philosophy of ‘your gift, your way’ means you can customise your gift from start to finish; from choosing the products and packaging, right down to selecting the finishing touches - such as a personalised message, logo or branded ribbon. 

Why should I choose GIFT’D over other hamper suppliers?

I'm trying to create a custom gift pack - why is there no pricing?

We offer discounts for bulk orders on custom packs, which is why the Recommended Retail Prices should be used a guide only. Please contact us via web, email or phone 03 9303 9045 to enquire about our great deals and receive a detailed gifting proposal.  

How long does it take to create a gift pack?

It varies from a few minutes to a few days, depending on stock availability and the level of customisation you require. This is why we recommend that, as a first step, you contact us so that we can work with you to create the perfect gift with minimal delay. If you’re short on time, we suggest purchasing our affordable pre-made packs featuring our best sellers.

Can I customise a pre-packaged gift set?  

Yes, for an additional fee you can customise your pre-made packs with a logo. For orders of more than 50 packs there is the added option of a printed message. These options will automatically appear as you finalise your online purchases. 

Are there other options for product packaging other than the rigid cardboard box and foam insert?

Due to the quality and fragility of our luxury products, we only offer the above solution to ensure that your package is fully protected during transit and arrives at its destination in its original condition. 

How environmentally friendly is the packaging?

GIFT'D prides itself on stocking a range of brands that are kind to the planet. Any excess foam used in creating a GIFT'D pack is recycled. 

Is there a minimum quantity on orders?

If you are purchasing a pre-made pack you can buy one or 100 – the choice is yours. To create your own customised corporate gift from scratch we require a minimum order of 50 packs.

How do I place an order?

To purchase a pre-made pack simply visit our website and select the item you want. Then follow the prompts to finalise your order. For custom orders, please call us on 03 9303 9045 or send us an email for a personalised quote. Sales representatives are available for consultation for orders of 100 packs or more. Alternatively, our showroom features product displays and packaging for viewing by appointment only. 

Do I have to register an account to purchase online? 

No - but we do recommend creating an account for faster checkout for future orders, the ability to save multiple shipping addresses, and to view and track orders.  

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Mastercard and Visa for all over the phone or online purchases. Any custom orders require a 50% deposit and this can be paid for via credit card or bank transfer. Contact us for more information.  

How long after payment will I receive my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details once an order is dispatched. For pre-made packs with no customisation this can be within 24-48 hours depending on stock availabiity. For pre-made packs with added customisation it is 10-14 days after payment of deposit. Fully customised packs vary from 4-8 weeks. Please speak to our sales team for advice. 

Is delivery included in the total price or calculated separately?

Delivery charges are applied based on your location and will be calculated at the time of the order. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Does GIFT’D deliver Australia-wide and internationally?

We deliver to all non-PO Box addresses in NSW, VIC, WA, NT, QLD, ACT, SA and TAS. Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of Australia. 

If I am unhappy with my gift set can I return it? 

Please refer to our returns policy.
